Welcome to St. Joseph the Worker Elementary School and thank you for enquiring about our school.

The purpose of this letter is to highlight some of the main points about applying to register your child for the academic year 2017-2018.

    A Registration Information Evening for new families will be held on Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at 7:30 p.m. in the school gym. Paul Fraser, our Principal and our Kindergarten teachers will make presentations and be available to answer all questions that you may have. Our Parish Education Committee will also be present. Registration packages will be available at the information evening and thereafter from the school and parish office.   Fully completed applications will be accepted up until 4 p.m. on Friday, February 24, 2017.

    All applications will be processed and interview times will be scheduled. The interview (for parents and child) will last approximately 15 minutes and will be conducted by Fr. David Poirier, Mr. Fraser and a member of our PEC. Letters of acceptance will be sent out by the end of March 2017.

    Please be advised that priority for admission to St. Joseph the Worker Elementary School is given to families who are registered and active in St. Joseph the Worker Parish. Registration forms are available at the Parish Office and be sure to ask for offertory envelopes and use them when you attend Mass. If you have signed up for automatic bank/credit card withdrawal, please ensure that you put your empty envelope in the offertory (with your name on the front) when you attend Mass.   Space for Kindergarten is limited as we only accept 25 students each year. We offer full day Kindergarten 8:50 a.m. – 3 p.m.

    Tuition Rates for September 2017 – June 2018 have yet to be determined.
