Grade Six In-Class Speech Arts February 19th and 20th

Dear Grade Six Parents,

The students have been given class time to work on their poems and stories for Speech Arts.  With peer and teacher feedback, students have been working on honing their public speaking skills.  This Thursday and Friday we will have our in-class competition.  I will provide a sign-up sheet for students tomorrow so they can choose their preferred date.

Grade Six finalists in both the Poetry and Storytelling categories will move on to the in-school competition next week.  Please see the Intermediate Speech Arts In- School competition dates and times below.
