Welcome to St. Joseph the Worker School and thank you for enquiring about our school.
Registration for the academic year 2019-2020.
A New Enrollment Information Evening for new families will be held on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at 7:30 p.m. in the school gym. Paul Fraser, our Principal and our Kindergarten Teacher will make presentations and be available to answer all questions that you may have. Our Parish Education Committee will also be present. Registration packages will be available at the information evening and thereafter from the school and parish office. Fully completed applications will be accepted up until 4 p.m. on Friday, February 22, 2019.
All applications will be processed and interview times will be scheduled. The interview (for parents and child) will last approximately 15 minutes and will be conducted by Fr. Pierre Ducharme, Mr. Paul Fraser and a member of our PEC. Letters of acceptance will be sent out by the end of March 2019.
Please be advised that priority for admission to St. Joseph the Worker Elementary School is given to families who are registered and active in St. Joseph the Worker Parish. Registration forms are available at the Parish Office and be sure to ask for offertory envelopes and use them when you attend Mass. If you have signed up for automatic bank/credit card withdrawal, please ensure that you put your empty envelope in the offertory (with your name on the front) when you attend Mass.
Admission to St. Joseph the Worker School is given to families who are registered and active in St. Joseph the Worker Parish.
Priorities are as follows:
Category 1: Active Parishioner
Category 2: Parishioner
Category 3: Non-Active Parishioner
Category 4: Non-Parishioner
Category 5: Non-Catholic
Space for Kindergarten is limited as we only accept 25 students each year.
We offer full day Kindergarten 8:50 a.m. – 3 p.m
Tuition Rates for September 2019 – June 2020 have yet to be determined.
