Thank you for your interest in St. Joseph the Worker Elementary School.
The purpose of this letter is to highlight some of the main points about applying to
register your child in Kindergarten – Grade 7 for the academic year 2024-2025.
The Open House & Information Meeting will be held on Wednesday, January 17, 2024
at 7:00 p.m. in the school gym.
The meeting was hosted by Andrea Bernett, our Principal and Sean O’Brien, our
Parish Education Committee Chair. Applications Packages are available on the
school website or can be picked up either at the school or parish office. Fully completed applications will be accepted at the school office up until 4 p.m. on Friday, January 26, 2024.
Applications will not be considered until all forms are completed and the application fee is paid. Please have all forms returned by Friday, January 26, 2024. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. Cheques only – no cash please.
Upon receipt of a completed application, families will be contacted for an interview January 29/30. Interviews will be scheduled the week of February 6th to 9th.
Letters of acceptance or waitlist will be processed and sent out by Friday, February 16, 2024 via email. Accepted families will be required to submit a tuition deposit equal to one month’s tuition dated March 1, 2024 along with a completed Registration Package by March 1st. Registration Packages will be available for pick up at the Open House or main school office on Wednesday, February 21, 2024.
