Dear Grade Six Parents,
On Friday, October 16th 2015 at 9:15 a.m. the Grade Six class will be leading a school mass with their Grade Three buddies in Mrs. Macdonald’s class. You are invited to attend.
The theme will be Thanksgiving. Our mass will open with a special procession where students bring up symbols of things for which they are grateful. Students will also be involved in the Call to Worship, First Reading, Responsorial Psalm, Prayers of the Faithful, and bringing the gifts. Students will have a chance to volunteer and train for these roles this coming Tuesday.
In the spirit of giving back, students are encouraged to bring non-perishable donations for the food bank in the week leading up to our mass.
If you are able to attend, we will look forward to seeing you.
