Next Thursday, December 3rd, the Grade Seven students will be heading to the Real Canadian Superstore to buy Christmas gifts for children in our parish who would otherwise be receiving very little. Students will be asked to contribute $20 of their own money to this cause, whether this means using their savings or doing extra chores around the house to earn the money. The students will be pooling their money and will then buy gifts in small groups for a specific child. The students will learn the age and gender of this child early next week.
I am sending the permission form home tomorrow – please return it by Monday. Please drop your child at Superstore next Thursday between 8:30 and 8:45. We will meet at the entrance in the parkade. We are looking for drivers who can drive the students back to the school at 10:00. Thank you for your support.
