Dear Kindergarten Parents,
I hope you all got a chance to read the notice in your child’s folder about our Hip Hop performance tomorrow. If you do not have the colour shirt/tshirt that your child needs please send in something that is close to the colour. Girls if you have school gym shorts please wear them under your tunics. The performance begins at 2:00 p.m. We hope to see many of you there!
We are changing our Water Table into a Rice Table. We are asking each child to bring in 1 cup of rice (white would be best). Please send the rice in a ziploc bag or small container (we will return the containers so please label them with your name).
Yes “Zero the Hero” brought us another treat today. The children were very excited about their ZERO bracelets. Zero even put three beads on the bracelet because we have been in school for 30 days. Today we counted by 10’s! I have asked the children to leave their special bracelets at home and to not wear them to school….we wouldn’t want to lose them!
Tomorrow is also “Family Friday”. Every Friday morning from 8:30 to 8:50 you are welcome to come into the classroom with your child. They will have lots of things to show you! Please do not leave your child in the class if you have to leave. The children must line up outside as usual if you are not able to be with them in the classroom.
