The Grade Six class is coming to the end of the Math unit on measurement, and the first part of the test will be this coming Friday, January 27th. This part of the test will focus only on the basics – metric conversions and finding the perimeter of polygons, the area of rectangles, and the volume of rectangular prisms when given a diagram. We will then spend the following week reviewing problem solving with these concepts. The students will write Part Two of the test, on problem solving, on Tuesday, February 7th.
