Dear Gr. 5 Students and Parents,
The Mountain Grove Town Hall Meeting was a great success! Everyone was so well prepared and the presentations were excellent. After hearing all the pros and cons of building a copper mine, I have counted the ballots and these are the results:
18 said yes that a mine should be built
10 said no that a mine should not be built
1 ballot was sp0iled
1 student was absent
Well done Gr. 5!
Just a reminder that tomorrow is the Spelling Test, Lunch First at 12:oo and not 12:35 and Early Dismissal at 2pm.
Tomorrow is a dress down day and in the afternoon we change into our Hallowe’en Costumes for the special events in the gym.
