Gr. 5 Students and Parents,
Just a reminder that on Thursday, Nov. 22nd at 2pm is the Gr. 5 DARE Grad in the Music room and all parents or other family members and friends are invited to attend.
We are finishing up our Fraction Unit in Math with a Test on Friday. We highlighted all the notes that should be reviewed in our duo-tang. It will include : comparing fractions, simple equivalent fractions, mixed fractions and adding/subtracting fractions with the same denominator.
Also congratulations to the Gr. 5 Boys Volleyball team for advancing to the Final Playoffs today at Harry Jerome Sports Centre in Burnaby. They won their first set and the second set was very close I heard. Keep it up for next year!
