The Grade 5, 6 and 7 ski and snowboard program is quickly approaching, and the schedule of supervisors is now ready. Thank you to all who volunteered. We had a wonderful response to our call for help.
Each parent who volunteered has been scheduled once. Once the students’ levels have been finalized at Cypress on the first day, we will contact additional supervisors to assist for the other weeks if necessary.
All scheduled supervisors are asked to join us for the entire day. Parents who are not scheduled to drive will be assigned to one of the cars or to the bus. Please email Mr. Withers at
withers.stjo@gmail.com if you plan to make your own way up the mountain.
If your schedule has changed, and you will be unable to supervise or drive on the assigned date, please contact Mr. Withers at withers.stjo@gmail.com. Please do not arrange for another parent to take your place. We will find another supervisor for that day.
Parents who are not officially scheduled are still welcome to join us for any of the days, and will receive a 50% discount on lift tickets. We are unable to provide rentals or guarantee a ride for parents who are not official supervisors.
