The two counsellors from Hugh Boyd Secondary visited the Grade 7 class today, and shared information about program planning, clubs, the incentive program, and life in high school. Program planning packages were sent home today, and will be picked up from St. Joe’s next week. I have asked all students who are applying to Hugh Boyd to return all necessary documents to me by next Wednesday, February 8th, as Thursday and Friday are professional days when school is closed.
McMath Secondary will be holding their Grade 8 program planning info night tomorrow, Thursday, February 2nd, at 6:30 pm in their school gym. I have been in contact with one of the counsellors, and he is hoping to visit the Grade 7 class later this week to provide more information about McMath.
