Dear Grade Six Parents,
The class is looking forward to our upcoming field trip to Victoria on Tuesday, June 18th. Attached, please find electronic copies of the field trip letter, permission form and supervisor/ driver availability form. The school will happily reimburse your parking costs if you wish to both drive and supervise. We will need at least five parent supervisors to make the trip legally possible. Thank you in advance to everyone who is thinking of volunteering. We appreciate your help!
I will send home a hard copy of all of these forms with your child tomorrow on purple paper. Please sign and return them by Thursday, June 13th along with $30 in the form of cash or cheque. This will cover all transportation costs as well as attraction admissions for your child.
