Dear Grade Six Parents,
The Grade Six class has earned a party based on 100 good deeds and team challenges they have completed throughout the school year. We have scheduled it for the afternoon of Friday, February 21st starting at 12:35.
To give Grade Sixes the collective experience of planning an event, we have committees responsible for entertainment, music and decorating. Committee members will pass their ideas by me for approval and receive my help putting their plans into action.
Students should bring a healthy lunch as usual. To supplement, I will provide treats and drinks along with plates and cups. In addition, I have posted a treat sign up sheet on our whiteboard. Students are invited to sign up to bring a specific food item if they wish, provided they have your permission to do so.
Hopefully the event will provide a memorable experience both in terms of the event and its preparation!
