Derek Hume has asked me to post the following information about tomorrow’s Spirit Day. I believe he will also be emailing this information to each family.
You are asked to have your child at the school parking lot by 10:45am, the bus will depart at 11am SHARP. The students will be travelling by school bus to Chandos Pattison Auditorium at Pacific Academy (10238 – 168th street, Surrey BC), and will return to the school at approximately 10:45pm.
The cost of the event includes snacks, dinner and a t-shirt for your child. Please note that even though the students are departing the school at 11am, the event offically begins at 1pm and therefore lunch is NOT provided. Please ensure your child eats a hearty breakfast or has a simple snack or sandwich for the bus.
While there is no need for the Grade 7’s to bring anything but themselves and a light jacket, there is the opportunity to purchase souvenirs / cd’s from the musical artists and if interested they may bring some money. I hope all of the students have a wonderful, uplifting day tomorrow!
