The Grade 7 shopping trip to Superstore in Richmond is scheduled for this coming Tuesday, December 2nd. I am sending the permission form home today – please return it by Monday, As mentioned earlier, the students will be pooling their money ($20 each) to buy Christmas gifts for children in our parish community who would otherwise be receiving very little. Please drop your child at Superstore on Tuesday between 8:30 and 8:45. We will meet at the entrance in the parkade. We are looking for drivers who can drive the students back to the school at 10:00.
Next Tuesday evening, December 9th, the Grade 7 class has been invited to help out with Christmas carol singing at Rosewood Manor (6260 Blundell). Students should be dropped off at 6:15pm, and will be finished at about 8:00pm. Parents are welcome to attend. I understand that some students may have evening commitments and are unable to join us. It would be wonderful to have a great turnout, as I am sure it will be a joyful experience for the students and for the residents of the care home as well. I will be sending home a permission slip next week so that I can confirm numbers. Thank you for your support.
