Dear Parents,
We hope you have had a wonderful Christmas celebration with your families. The Grade 5, 6 and 7 ski and snowboard program is quickly approaching, and the preliminary schedule of supervisors is now ready. Thank you to all who volunteered. We had a wonderful response to our call for help.
Each parent who volunteered has been scheduled once. Once the students’ levels have been finalized at Cypress on Wednesday, we will contact additional supervisors to assist for the other weeks if necessary.
All scheduled supervisors are asked to join us for the entire day. Parents who are not scheduled to drive will be assigned to one of the cars or to the bus. Please email Mr. Withers at withers.stjo@gmail.com if you plan to make your own way up the mountain.
If your schedule has changed, and you will be unable to supervise or drive on the assigned date, please contact Mr. Withers at withers.stjo@gmail.com. Please do not arrange for another parent to take your place. We will find another supervisor for that day.
Parents who are not officially scheduled are still welcome to join us for any of the days. We are, however, unable to cover the cost or guarantee a ride for these parents.
